I was not able to run a mass email correctly from CLI, but did manage to
send to " all " on server from mailclient.
will look further into why its failing.

The create script list fails, if the " Original list does not exist.
So I used the qmailadmin web interface to create a new list,
Ran the script and it collects all email address`s on the server, so that
a good start.
I will run a test email from the cli to be sure
