In Squirrelmail you can setup signature/Disclaimers in Options > Personal information. But this will be appended only to messages send from Squirrel Mail. The signature settings in Outlook will not reflect in Squirrelmail. There is no general settings in Qmail Toaster for disclaimers for all email ids in a domain.
