Rajesh,
The ability to save drafts and sent items in anything OTHER than the
local PST's folder is something that only arrived with Office 2007 (and
thus, outlook 2007).
If you are using 2007 or 2010, you can go into the account settings for
each IMAP account and change the locations where the Drafts and Sent
Items get stored... but if you're using 2003, you're outta luck...
Personally, I tired of Microsoft's unwillingness to properly implement
IMAP, so I switched to Thunderbird.
