It's a TB bug.
Rollback to a previous version.
Actually, both, FF&TB are in a transaction phase. So except some more
bugs than usually. You should wait the next two release (12 and 13) for
a more stable version.

I have seen this behavour as well. Don't remember it happening with
latest versions of TB though. Have you experienced it recently with TB
version>10 ?
