Hi,

I’m using QMT to scan and forward mail to internal Exchange server at 1 of my client location. Everything is working fine, but yesterday my client complaint that he is not receiving mail from 1 of the sender and sender is getting bounce message. Below is the bounce message:

Connected to 192.168.1.6 but sender was rejected.

Remote host said: 501 5.5.4 Invalid arguments

Return-Path: <[email protected]>

Here, 192.168.1.6 is my exchange server IP. When I remove QMT, then I receive the email. Do I follow same process which we do for blackberry characters.

Regards,
