This is the culprit. This rule has a bug in it, which was fixed at some
point. I would try running
# sa-update
to see if that fixes things.
If it doesn't, add:
# temporary fix for this rule
score FH_DATE_PAST_20XX 0.0
to your local.cf file, then
# qmail-spam restart
That should fix things up.
