Hi Rajesh, You need to setup the server with multiple gateways first, traffic coming in from eth0 should go out thru eth0 and traffic from eth1 should go out thru eth1.
Next you need to update your dns server with both the ips. Once the dns is propagated globally, you can remove the first ip from the dns and then your server will be running on the new IP. There will not be any outage.
