One note.
I feel this feature is not useful when using catchall accounts, because
you'll miss to know which different recipients are used.
But I agree this feature is really interesting in all other cases.
First thing I'm thinking to is the speed for checking if the same
message is already existing, and I do not think a text comparison is sane.
Probably, messages should be stored having as part of the name the
internal message identifier set by the sender system.
In this case, a scan of folder (only new folder !) should check if
message is already inside. Probably the sender recipient should be part
of the name as well (in case message identifier is too simple).
