I got some of these as well. They are due to an erroneous Delivered To:
header in the incoming message, causing qmail-send to think it was
already delivered once, meaning the message was in a loop (but it wasn't
in reality).
I mentioned this to Sam C at spamdyke, and he may put in a filter for
this at some point. In the meantime, I simply created a filter in my
client to delete them when they come to the postmaster, so I've no idea
if they're still happening or not.
BL, I expect these originate from some sort of malware spamming program.
Once the originating host is cleaned up, they'd go away.
