Happy New year everyone!

I hope you guys can help me fix this issue. I am not familiar with spamdyke but I followed the installation a few months ago. But there is a problem with one of our client domain and from the SMTP logs it says below:

@4000000050ef9f7c00b45604 spamdyke[14586]: DENIED_RDNS_MISSING from: [email protected]: [email protected]_ip: XXX.160.XXX.3 origin_rdns: (unknown) auth: (unknown) encryption: (none) reason: (empty)

I already did added John's domain from the whitelist and rcphosts and also the IP of their mail server but still mails from their domain could not get thru.
