Hello,
I am going to backup, transferbackup to a new server and restore user

Anything I should have some heads up for?
Using q.plus

I'm not familiar with q.plus.
We typically use qtp-backup and qtp-restore to accomplish this. Both
scripts are part of the qmailtoaster-plus package
(http://qtp.qmailtoaster.com). They have worked well for many people.
AFA heads up go, I think the biggest thing to be careful of is vpopmail.
The database and configuration settings should be the same for both
source and target. If they're not, you might be best off creating the
domains and user accounts on the new host using scripts, then migrating
the mail with rsync or tar or some such. The qtp scripts can be easily
hacked too in order to remove certain portions.
