Since I still have the data from the old server, its trivial to merge

Me neither. I'm not sure where any of that data lives.

Just figured I'd mention it in case someone was planning on playing with
the backup/restore scripts.

If you tell me where that data resides, I'll see about getting it included in the scripts.

the mrtg stuff is in
/usr/share/toaster/htdocs/mrtg
du shows 2.7 megs on my little box hosting 8 domains, light traffic.
mrtg is also self-contained, so just backing up and restoring that directory will keep continuing the stats.

isoqlog is in
/usr/share/toaster/htdocs/isoqlog
du shows 257 megs on the same server.
not sure if isoqlog needs all the logs all the time, or just for the current run (like mrtg).

I'd suggest backup/restore these dirs (and have a variable to turn it off), default on.

For the logfiles in /var/log/qmail no backup by default, but maybe an option to enable? On my little system, that log dir is 588 megs. And the logs are of little use (in terms of backup/restore), and may be best to start with clean logs on a freshly restored system anyway.
