  Someone from another forum received an email
and it sent itself to me and others.
It had a link to a web page on a news item.
  Naturally, hmm, I viewed the link and it looked ok
but it seems it got a few of my email addresses
and sent it self to them.
  Hopefully it only sent 10 as that is the limit set on
my server.
  I am now even more paranoid about emails, even
known sources.
