I'd be a little more concerned with what's already installed first. Do a diff against Sebastian's list and see what that reveals. I think mysql differences are a good start. Could be something else though. Once we've had a look at the diffs, updating certain packages might be the answer. BTW, enabling the disabled repos and updating did not do it. --
