Is this smtp or submission log? Presuming smtp log.
Do you have REQUIRE_AUTH=1 set anywhere (tcp.smtp or run file)?
Please turn on spamdyke's detail logging and capture one of these so we
can see what's going on in detail. It appears to be a problem related to
the smtp protocol.
