I have configured an open relay with a line like below in

I've re-compiled simscan for spamassassin check on relayed messages, is
there any way to block a particular e-mail address to relay messages
(not only domain name, an e-mail address like [email protected] should be
blocked which is hosted on 88.88.88.88)?

I believe spamdyke can do this if you blacklist the sender address. Note that this would be a global block, not specific to an IP address.
