I've had Qmail Toaster (installed using qtp) running for just over a day and everything looks fine with no obvious error messages.
I'm a bit suspicious that none of the incoming mail has been marked as spam and that it is all getting through to the inbox. I have spe spam score set at 3 and for messages to be tagged but nothing seems to get tagged.
