Which version of vpopmail-toaster are you running? If not the current
one, I'd begin by upgrading. Quotas are broken in the 5.4.17 version,
but are reportedly fixed in 5.4.33.
I'm not sure what needs to be done to put the database counters in line
with reality. Anyone?
