That's one way. "service qmail cdb" does the same thing (runs the exact same script).

I'd expect all of the viruses found to be in Maildir folders (within the
/home/vpopmail/domains branch). This can happen with contaminated
email that's been migrated, or the rare occasion when a virus sneaks
in before a signature for it becomes available.

If anyone finds any viruses outside of Maildirs, I'd surely like to
know about it!
