I'm not familiar with Gmail's procedures for hosted domains. Perhaps
someone at Gmail could help you with this.
I'm sorry to see that you're looking to migrate to Gmail. If you'd be
kind enough to describe your dissatisfaction with QMT, perhaps we could
make improvements in the future which would alleviate the problems which
you're experiencing.
