Hi All,

I have the problem with receiving the mails, when I go through SMTP logs
I found maximum error " DENIED_RDNS_MISSING and DENIED_OTHER "

If I put the domain in adjust whitelist senders, then it solved, but
there are lots of domain that I can't put it manually or monitor daily.

Please give me the best solution so that I can fixed that issue.

DENIED_RDNS_MISSING: These are most likely spam. I would be very leery of whitelisting any domain related to this error, and whitelist only as a temporary measure. If a user identifies the domain as legitimate, notify the mail administrator of the sending domain of the problem. The sender's emails are being rejected by many destinations, including gmail, etc.

DENIED_OTHER: These are rejections most likely due to scanning, which would be either an email containing a virus, or one which scored very high by spamassassin. I would not whitelist these either.

Bottom Line, your QMT is working effectively. Don't muck with it. It's likely that over 80% of the messages which hit your server will be rejected by spamdyke. This is normal (and a good thing!).
