Perhaps the other admin modified the toaster installation as you suggested or even removed the clear text password after creating the account (I am not sure if the toaster would be functional or not after this)? You could test this by creating a new account and then checking again with vuserinfo if the clear password is empty? Anyway, I don't think you have now anyway to access the clear text passwords as they have been somehow removed... Regards, Peter
