You definitely do *not* want to do something like that. There is a lot
of spam which contains forged outlook.com addresses.
If legitimate sandvik.com messages are being rejected, you could perhaps
find the specific messagelabs.com (symantec) host they're coming from in
the smtp log, and whitelist that IP. You should have someone (yourself
or someone at sandvik) contact messagelabs.com to let them know they
have a problem. Good luck with that. ;)
Same holds true for havells.com, although they appear to have a
combination of self hosting and backup:

Note, these are quite possibly *not* the hosts with the rDNS problem, as
those would be outgoing servers for that domain.
BottomLine, the DENIED_RDNS_RESOLVE messages are a good thing, and you
will see lots of them. This indicates that spamdyke is doing a good job.
Please realize that these messages would not be accepted by many other
email hosts as well, such as gmail and yahoo.
