While there are a number of places to find suggestions for making things work in COS6, one thing I do know about them all is that they are focused on the 64-bit version. PROBABLY the 32-bit version would be the same, but I wouldn't bet on it! Make sure you give yourself plenty of test space to make that work!

CentOS 6 is not officially yet supported.

If you search the list archives, you can find some messages about people installing it on CentOS 6 and the problems they encountered and some solutions as well. But beware, there will be issues that has to be dealt with. I would suggest running it on COS5 for now.
