This may be a case where They [ meetneighbor.com ]
are using McAfee's mail scan service (mxlogic.net)
and that service isn't handing it back to the mail server

any and all things McAfee are garbage.
i think i know that the dom for meetNEIGHBOR.com
is 205.186.144.85
and the assoc mail server of 208.65.145.2 is
