Yes. Or simply remove the 127.: line. That's what the new QMT will have.
Squirrelmail will be configured to authenticate. You can see this here:

Correct, the RBLSMTPD variable is not used when spamdyke is installed.

configuration and patch files for all of the packages.
Sweet.
Little did I know before today that some of qmail's patch files change
the configuration files (Doh!). That will be changing hopefully soon, so
that what you see on github is what's really in the packages. The patch
files should only be changing 'upstream' sources that come via tarballs.
