The rejection messages from gmail et al are puposefully not very
descriptive.
Have you visited the site it references about their bulk delivery?
That's a good checklist to go through.
I do notice this:
$ host mail.pan-asia.in
mail.pan-asia.in is an alias for pan-asia.in.
pan-asia.in has address 49.128.39.115
pan-asia.in mail is handled by 20 mailstore1.asia.secureserver.net.
pan-asia.in mail is handled by 30 smtp.asia.secureserver.net.
pan-asia.in mail is handled by 10 mail.pan-asia.in.
Your MX record mail.pan-asia.in should be pointing to a type A record,
not a CNAME. I would think this would affect inbound messages more so
than outgoing, but gmail could be checking this.
Also, your SPF TXT record isn't as concise as it might be. Your entries
there are redundant. I think that "v=spf1 include:secureserver.net
mail.pan-asia.in -all" would do. Again, this might not be a contributing
factor, but it wouldn't hurt to clean it up.
