The default QMT thresholds are a little lenient, to err on the side of
few FPs. In /etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf I use required_score 3.7 (to
get tagged), and in /var/qmail/control/simcontrol I use spam_hits=5.8
(to get rejected).
