Unlike spamassassin though, I've only trained spam, never equal parts ham, and not that much of it for it to become effective. In both implementations that I've done, and for each user, I've trained for a day, or maybe two, and that has taken care of the spam problem. No further continual training has been necessary except for an email here and there.
With Outlook 2012 there are problems as it removes part of the email header when email is moved from folder to folder making DSPAM training ineffective.
