Hi Dave ; Did you try to increase the soft limit? If you are using toaster, the script will be here: /var/qmail/supervise/smtp/run . Change the softlimit of QMail in the qmail-smtpd startup "run" script . example exec /usr/local/bin/softlimit -m 134217728 ( 128MB)
