QMT does not implement any DKIM features by default.

If you mean DK instead (DK and DKIM are 2 very different things), you
can set the DKVERIFY variable(s) in your tcp.smtpile to null
(DKVERIFY=""). See "man qmail-dk"

That being said, I suppose that there are some spamassassin rules which
take DKIM into account. If this is what you're trying to address,
determine the name(s) of the rules you want to disable, and give them a
score of 0 in your local.cf file.
