Details:
They are trying to send a PNG file. If they convert it to JPG it goes fine.
Seems to only be POP3 clients. I'm on IMAP and don't have any issues.

This is likely a FP from that sanesecurity (aka unofficial) clamav rule.
I don't see anything about this rule on the sanesecurity list.
There's a way to disable specific rules, which you probably want to do.
I don't recall off hand how to do that.
