You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
qt-mysql-secure-vpopmail v1.0
NOTE: RUNNING ALL PARTS OF THIS SCRIPT IS RECOMMENDED FOR ALL MySQL
SERVERS IN PRODUCTION USE! PLEASE READ EACH STEP CAREFULLY!
In order to log into MySQL to secure it, we'll need the current
password for the root user. If you've just installed MySQL, and
you haven't set the root password yet, the password will be blank,
so you should just press enter here.
Enter current password for root (enter for none):
When i tried to put mysql password it's shows below
ladmin: CREATE DATABASE failed; error: 'Can't create database
'vpopmail'; database exists'
Starting httpd:
AFter that when i tried to run this command qmailctl is shows command
not found.
My email server is down now.
Could you please any one help me to resolve back to normal.

Looks like you have unstalled more than just mysql.
First of all, you have the wrong dovecot. You picked up the one from the
stock distro instead of the one from the .qt. repo.
My guess is that you don't have yum configured quite right. The
qt-bootstrap-2 script sets that up. You might try running that and see
what it does. Then remove dovecot, and try qt-install again.
I haven't written these scripts with recovery in mind, so they might be
ok to re-run, and they might have an issue when run on a host that's
partially installed. The scripts could probably use a little polish so
they can be re-run to fix things that aren't quite right. FWIW.
