Very true, hence the reason I made the request for help.
I have doubled the user account size so if we do not get
another email we will know it is QMail sending it.
The messages arrive regularly and all exactly the same.
I am going to change the text as well to make sure it is
from my server.

There's not even really enough in the headers to tell where it originated, or how it entered the system. Can you
backtrack it in the logs? Starting with the send log, then the smtp log.
What are your toaster versions, especially vpopmail-toaster?
Does bigpuddle.net mean anything to you?
