Where are you seeing this message? Please provide some context. I'm guessing that this is the HELO (greeting) string, which is not used for filtering. The blacklist_keywords is used against rDNS names which coincidentally contain the IP address.

I have the word dynamic in the blacklist_keywords file.




I'm under the impression that RBLs (especially spamhaus) block most dynamic 
addresses. Which blacklists are you using?
