[qmailtoaster] OT: Shell Script

I just acquired another ISP business that has a couple old mail servers 
I am trying to get rid of. I am trying to send an email to all of the 
users introducing myself and trying to get them to migrate off. Does 
anyone have a shell script that can parse through a file of email 
addresses and then send out a form letter to each? I am finding a few 
things out on the web, but none of them were all that good and to tell 
you the truth I am a horrible shell script writer. This would be 
something like what a spammer would use, but I am trying to spam myself.
