I would first use required_score 3.7 (which is what I have). That would take care of this particular message.
It appears you've been training spam. Have you? If so, you'll need to train bayes with some ham. If you haven't really invested in your bayes database by training specific emails, you can remove your bayes database and let it start over. That database is in /home/vpopmail/.spamassassin/. You can simply delete everything there and restart spamd.
