"DENIED_RDNS_RESOLVE" lets you know that the sender was blocked because
a reverse dns lookup failed on their IP address. I have many legitimate
clients with this problem. I resolve this problem by putting an entry in
the file /etc/spamdyke/whitelist_senders in the following format:

@domain-name.com

Every person sending from the domain "@domain-name.com" will now get
past the reverse dns lookup of spamdyke.
