You could try to block the sender in spamassassin's rules or setup a SPF record 
to allow senders from mydomain.com to send only via your mailserver(s).

been getting more and more junk mail with " Russian " looking content,
When checking the " headers " it always originate from a different IP address, 
then I diligently add to my firewall.

However I am noticing a trend,
in the headers, I also notice the the sender email address, is one of my " mailing 
lists "
eg :  [email protected]

Any clue as how to stop this.
