think you'd be better served asking this question on the spamassassin
users list as they're the experts in all things SA.
That said, are any spam email originating from your server?

My simcontrol rule is below.

If i change spamhits = 5 or less spam emails are blocked but we cannot
receive emails from our same domains
Could you anyone of you provide solution to fix for me.
Appreciate anyone help me to fix this.
