Can you change your DNS server?
Try 127.0.0.1 and see what Bind's query returns.

    Both the server is running in internal network with the same
    qmailtoaster configuration.

    Both the domain able to send an email to other external domains
    without any issue.

    Anyone help me to resolve this.

    I have googled this issue, but no luck to fix this.
