1) I modeled my migrations off of the old backup
<https://github.com/QMailToaster/qmailtoaster-util/blob/master/qt-backup>/restore
<https://github.com/QMailToaster/qmailtoaster-util/blob/master/qt-restore>
scripts which gave me an idea as to what was necessary for migration. Be
aware that if you are on CentOS 5 Spamassassin config resides in a
different place than on 6 or 7. Since I used different servers and the
old and new were up at the same time I used rsync (old -> new) on the
necessary directories. I should write something up for this at some point.
2) To the second question I'd say, account hack. Use qmHandle
<https://github.com/QMailToaster/qmailtoaster-util/blob/master/qmHandle>
to figure out who's sending mail in the queue (qmHandle -l). You can
also use it to delete queued messages. Be aware that it stops qmail when
deleting messages if I remember correctly, and you'll have to start it
up again.

Any articles on migrating older qmail mailboxes to the latest version
of qmailtoaster?
Also having issues with queue filling up without being able to tell
where they are coming from? Which account hack, other?
