Hi Friends, One of our user getting disconnected frequently from thunderbird (Asking passwords) and webmail also not opening.
After restart the dovecot service it will working again. But the password is asking frequently. I have restarted the dovecot service frequently. This problem for only one user rest of other users not an issue. I couldn't trace the logs in /var/log/maillog and /var/log/dovecot.log Anyone face the same issue .
