New version of dovecot in testing repo 2.3.8

I'm sure all the repos haven't been updated yet, but it's on the master (above).

                This worked for me

                $config['smtp_server'] = 'ssl://mx.mydomain.tld';
                $config['smtp_port'] = 465;
                $config['smtp_user'] = '%u';
                $config['smtp_pass'] = '%p';
                $config['smtp_auth_type'] = 'LOGIN';

                mx.mydomain.tld has a certificate created by
                LetsEncrypt and in /var/qmail/control/servercert.pem
