Hi,

I have a user complain about not receiving some messages, I looked in the SMTP log and found these lines containing the domain sender:

2019-11-20 16:13:39.111297500 tcpserver: pid 28654 from 200.255.122.193 2019-11-20 16:13:39.111408500 tcpserver: ok 28654 app1.iw.net.br:187.0.152.26:25 :200.255.122.193::33542 2019-11-20 16:13:40.304478500 CHKUSER accepted sender: from <embratelonl...@embratel.com.br::> remote <srvmail1.embratel.com.br:unknown:200.255.122.193> rcpt <> : sender accepted 2019-11-20 16:13:40.390858500 tcpserver: end 28654 status 0

2019-11-22 11:22:18.284160500 tcpserver: pid 32246 from 200.255.122.193 2019-11-22 11:22:18.284271500 tcpserver: ok 32246 app1.iw.net.br:187.0.152.26:25 :200.255.122.193::8268 2019-11-22 11:22:19.457061500 CHKUSER accepted sender: from <centraldeatendime...@embratel.com.br::> remote <srvmail1.embratel.com.br:unknown:200.255.122.193> rcpt <> : sender accepted 2019-11-22 11:22:19.541213500 tcpserver: end 32246 status 0

In the lines above I can not see the recipient, also there is nothing in SEND log with the same domain. I dont know who is suposed to be the recipient, I dont know if the message was rejected or the reason for it. Looks like the tcpserver ends the connection without delivery or smtp rejection message.

Here I guess I have an example of the usual fine records:

2019-11-22 02:09:22.369903500 tcpserver: pid 1399 from 103.35.71.175 2019-11-22 02:09:22.369957500 tcpserver: ok 1399 app1.iw.net.br:187.0.152.26:25 :103.35.71.175::42128 2019-11-22 02:09:40.605519500 CHKUSER accepted sender: from <bou...@client.gigzy.com::> remote <server175.omicsonline.co:unknown:103.35.71.175> rcpt <> : sender accepted 2019-11-22 02:09:40.717321500 CHKUSER accepted rcpt: from <bou...@client.gigzy.com::> remote <server175.omicsonline.co:unknown:103.35.71.175> rcpt <m...@iwserver.com.br> : found existing recipient 2019-11-22 02:09:40.717323500 policy_check: remote bou...@client.gigzy.com -> local m...@iwserver.com.br (UNAUTHENTICATED SENDER) 2019-11-22 02:09:40.717352500 policy_check: policy allows transmission 2019-11-22 02:09:49.601309500 mail recv: pid 1402 from <bou...@client.gigzy.com> qp 1416 2019-11-22 02:09:50.991884500 tcpserver: end 1399 status 0

Also I have these lines in the SEND log with the successful delivery of the message above:

2019-11-22 02:09:49.634780500 new msg 101800549 2019-11-22 02:09:49.634781500 info msg 101800549: bytes 25054 from <bou...@client.gigzy.com> qp 1423 uid 89 2019-11-22 02:09:49.634815500 starting delivery 57276: msg 101800549 to local iwserver.com.br...@iwserver.com.br 2019-11-22 02:09:49.647595500 delivery 57276: success: did_0+0+1/ 2019-11-22 02:09:49.647647500 status: local 0/10 remote 1/60 2019-11-22 02:09:49.647648500 end msg 101800549

Anyone knows other places I should check?? Or some hint about the problem?
I have a Centos7 with Toaster.
