I never follow that the IMAP worked pretty well. If you want to specify a set
of what needs to be mapped you could use the toaster.conf
I have Junk for example:
namespace {
<snip>
mailbox Junk {
auto = create
special_use = \Junk
}
<snip>
And it works really well.
