I think I have the same installation. And indeed the same file on cron-daily
Maybe in my case didn't run for some strange cause?

I have a regular Qmailtoaster installation on CentOS 7.
It has a clean-script in /etc/cron.daily/dspam
and the cron log file says it is running daily.
So it looks like a modern installation takes care of that.
