Thanks Eric, with the updated rpm now utf8 characters are shown correctly.

One issue though: earlier versions of squirrelmail had a link to
qmailadmin to change password / set vacation msg under Squirrelmail's
options. Now that link is gone. Is there an easy fix to get that back?
