Getting below error while installing qmt in opensuse

Solution 1: do not install clamav-0.103.0-lp152.6.3.1.x86_64
Solution 2: do not install qmail-1.03-3.3.2.qt.suse.x86_64
Solution 3: break clamav-0.103.0-lp152.6.3.1.x86_64 by ignoring some of
its dependencies
