You can literally get something that will do that for $5/month from linode.com. Reliable service and great prices.
I have one from there that hosts about 4 domains and about 1000
users for $20/month! And I've never had a problem.
I would still recommend Centos 7 at this point, but you'll have
to change in a few years. The landscape is changing and we'll see
what wins out by the EOL of 7, which is June 2024.
